I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious with a luxurious walk-in shower, all at a fantastic rate. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff, although one receptionist could improve their attitude. The location was fabulous for exploring the town and within walking distance of the Newcastle quayside. The dining experience was excellent, offering a variety of options until noon on Sundays. The facilities were well-run and provided by pleasant staff, making it a great value for money.

The hotel had a lovely room overlooking the River Tyne right at the elevators, making the stay quite delightful. Despite telling them we were there to meet friends while celebrating our anniversary, the hotel provided a spacious and clean room. The staff were unbelievably amazing though, even though they didn't have some spirits available and couldn't make my preferred Negroni, they still went above and beyond to accommodate me. The location was convenient, being away from the hustle and bustle but still close to town, even though the ambiance felt a bit impersonal. The dining options were disappointing with limited and overpriced choices, but the facilities were decent.
